This is one-storey house in the seaside town of Byala, 50 km south of Varna, 60 km from the International airport of Varna and 55 km from Bourgas airport. Byala is near the resort town of Obzor. Located on a beautiful beach, Byala is a centre of a region famous with its traditions in grape-growing and wine-produce. The population of the town is about 3,000 citizens and during the summer season the tourists are more than the inhabitants. There is also a small hospital (polyclinic), a post office and a school, many cafes and restaurants often with live music, offering delicious Bulgarian and international cuisine and cocktails. Byala and the area offer a water slide, tennis courts, fishing, hunting, trekking and variety of water sports.
