Brick-built house in a picturesque village.
The house is situated 50 km north-west from Varna and 5 km from a small town. It is a 2-storey building and has the following disposition of rooms:
First floor: one room and a basement.
Second floor: 2 rooms and a hall.
There are also some outside building which can be transformed into another rooms suitable for a guest-house.
