Old house 37 km from the city of Varna.
It's situated in Dobrina village 4 km from the town of Provadia. There is a pleasant view from the village towards the fortress of "Ovech", and the mountain Balkan Range.
The house consists of one floor with two rooms and summer kitchen. We sale the old house with a project for a new one. The new house will be built at the place of the farm building in the yard. The project includes: First floor - a room, a bathroom, toilet, sauna and big living room, garage bellow the terrace.
