This holiday village is a closed complex of 22 single-family houses and a hotel, a gift shop, a restaurant and a tavern.

The holiday village is situated at 3 km from the modern resort Sunny Beach and 4 km from the beach. The ancient town of Nessebar is at the same distance. The village Kosharitsa itself, where the holiday village is situated, is a lovely small village at the foothills of the Balkan Mountain, that has preserved its nature and the atmosphere of a typical Bulgarian village.

It has beautiful nature, mild climate, and picturesque surroundings. The hilly relief of the village allows the practice of different kinds of tourism – cognitive, rural, climbing, horse riding, fishing, hunting and herb gathering. The means of living of the local population are mainly stockbreeding and tourism, which gives many opportunities for getting to know the way of life and the traditional crafts of the people.
