Two unique houses 8 miles from the town of Veliko Tarnovo and 13 miles from Elena.
They are in Cerova Koria village, which is located in the foot of the Balcan Mountain in ecologically clear region.
There are three stone buildings on the same plot in Revival style. The big house consists of a huge open space with size around 80 sq. m., suitable for pub, and room with a fireplace on the first floor. The second floor consists of four bedrooms, kitchen and one big living room. There is an old fireplace in the kitchen.
The small house covers one very big bedroom and a kitchen.
The third building is a very big stone barn with size 120 sq.m.
The house borders on à small river. There is a big walnut tree, some fruit trees and gorgeous flowers in the garden that is in front of the house. The whole plot is surrounded by massive stone wall, which is 2 m heigh. An asphalt road leads to it.
The village is well maintained with a few shops, pubs, school, medical centre.
The property is suitable for tourist destination because of its size, authenticity and location.
