Beautiful family house in a mountain region. The village is situated in a beautiful region, 15 km from the picturesque town of Provadia and 60 km from the sea capital of Bulgaria-Varna.
The region is famous for its mountain side and mild climate.
The house is a 2-storey building in the centre of the village. The first floor consists of one room (25 sq.m.) and 2 basements. Upstairs there are 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a closet. Next to the house there is another building which consists of a large living-room and a kitchen. Behind the house there are some agricultural buildings (100 sq.m.).Electricity, running water and telephone line are available, the toilet is outside.
The garden is a lovely place of 2000 sq.m. with more than 70 fruit trees. There are 4 dams near the village in different directions, all suitable for sport fishing.
