The village where the house is located is 37 km south west from Varna - the sea capital of Bulgaria and the same distance from the International airport.

The first floor consists of a kitchen with dining room, living room and bathroom. The second floor covers three big bedrooms. Small summer kitchen is built next to the house with a bathroom and a toilet.

From the big terrace above the summer kitchen you can enjoy the marvelous view to the ancient fortress and the mountain Balkan Range. The yard is 980 sq.m. with a garage and a barbecue area. It is arranged with flower garden and surrounded by stone fence.

Everything is built and carry the spirit of the old Bulgarian traditions.

There are four permanently living foreign families in the village and 25 houses are already bought from English people. The big orthodox church is a historical sight. You can discover the village life - quiet and charming.
