Old house 9 km from the sea. The village, where the house is situated is near the town of Shabla and Kavarna. Kavarna is popular as the rock capital of Bulgaria, because the number of world famous rock musicians perform here. Apart of that, the area carries a magnificent spirit and beauty, that are specific for the North coast of Bulgarian Black sea coast. The house is old and will need some repair work. The garden is quite big - 2500 sq.m. and with a little effort can become a cosy place to live or just spend your holidays.
