Regulated plot of land in a village near Varna.
In fact there are two building plots, one next to each other, situated next to the main asphalt road in a village 7 km away from the town of Provadia, 5 km away from the high way Varna-Sofia and 38 km away from Varna and the air port. The size of each plot is 900 sq.m. They offer water, electricity, phone land line and beautiful panorama. There are several shops and a pub in the village as well as regular busses to Provadia and Varna.
